EGG examines the way the ordinary becomes absurd through repetition. In the same way that a word loses meaning and simply becomes a sound through semantic satiation this archive of eggs embody a sense of absurdity.
Created between Singapore and Australia I went about photographing eggs each time I came across them. As I made my way through these vastly different spaces I soon found I was manifesting eggs everywhere I went.
